The Beginning
ACCI was founded by a group of environmental scientists and community leaders who believed that grassroots action could drive systemic change. Starting with a small team in West Africa, we began piloting sustainable agriculture programs.
First Expansion
Our success in West Africa led to expansion into East Africa. We launched our Clean Water Initiative, bringing safe drinking water to 5,000+ people in rural communities.
Global Recognition
ACCI was recognized as a leading NGO by international organizations. We expanded to Asia and Latin America, now operating in 12 countries with over 30 team members.
Youth Leadership Programs
We launched our flagship Youth Leadership Initiative, training 3,000+ young people in climate action and community development. This became a cornerstone of our work.
Pandemic Response
During COVID-19, we pivoted to support vulnerable communities with emergency relief while maintaining long-term development programs through remote initiatives.
Reaching 40 Countries
ACCI surpassed 40,000 lives impacted across 20+ countries. We established regional hubs and deepened partnerships with local organizations.
